KSTP has provided up-to-date training courses by dynamically utilizing professional and renowned instructors, and supporting the participation of park personnel and companies in training courses.
To achieve this goal, a comprehensive action plan has been developed based on the following axes:
1. Designing and providing up-to-date training courses
Continuous Needs Assessment: Periodic surveys of personnel and companies located in the park to identify market-needed skills
Content Updating: Reviewing and revising course outlines based on new technologies and global trends
Variety in Training Formats: Offering in-person, online, blended, and hands-on workshop courses


KSTP has identified key managers and personnel of member and non-member companies as mentors, introduce the startup company/team to mentors, and sign a contract with the mentor and the company for mentoring to provide mentoring services for its member companies.
KSTP also goes to provide specialized consultations by utilizing professional and efficient consultants and agents in business-related fields, and supporting the participation of company employees in consultation sessions.
